1. Rental Agreement

This agreement is between De Bra Hostel ("the Owner") and the renter ("the Renter") for the rental of motorbikes. By using our service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must provide valid passport or ID
• Must be staying at De Bra Hostel or provide local accommodation details

3. Rental Period & Fees

• Rental periods are calculated in full days
• Early returns are not refundable
• Late returns incur additional charges
• All fees must be paid in Thai Baht (THB)

4. Vehicle Condition & Responsibility

• Renter acknowledges the vehicle's condition upon receipt
• Renter is responsible for any damage during rental period
• Vehicle must be returned with same fuel level as provided
• Renter must report any issues immediately

5. Usage Restrictions

• Bikes must not leave Koh Lanta island
• No off-road usage unless specified
• No carrying of passengers unless bike is designed for it
• No illegal activities while using the vehicle

6. Insurance & Liability

• Renter is fully responsible for all damages and accidents
• No insurance coverage is provided
• Renter must pay for all repair costs
• Renter is liable for any third-party damages

7. Emergency Procedures

• In case of accident, contact De Bra Hostel immediately
• Do not leave accident scene until resolved
• Contact local police if required
• Document any damages with photos

8. Additional Charges

• Lost key: THB 600
• Key locked in bike: THB 100
• Fuel shortage: Market price for fuel
• Flat tire: Cost of repair
• Late return: THB 200 per hour

9. Cancellation Policy

• No refunds for early returns
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance
• No-shows are charged full rental fee
